Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of Commercial clients (loan size up to MYR60 million) including evaluating their loan applications, conducting credit reviews, marketing and cross-selling a wide range of banking products and services
• Monitor overall facility utilisation and profitability of the assigned portfolio
• Build rapport and develop meaningful networking to maintain account relationships with both existing and prospective customers / clients
• Build customer / client loyalty by establishing a trusted advisor relationship, as 'The Trusted Banker to call'
• Identify customers / clients' needs and capture new financing and / or cross selling opportunities; negotiate for best margins to optimise profitability
• Deliver both in terms of speed and quality for all KPIs assigned
• Ensure accuracy on customer due diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC)
