IT Project Manager

We are seeking a hands‑on IT Project Manager to drive cross‑functional projects that link business operations with technology. This role is about getting things done — taking complex initiatives (POS / CRM / WMS integrations, HR / payroll digitalization, marketing automation, retail tech rollouts) and delivering them on time, within scope, and with real business impact.

Reporting to the Head of Technology & Systems , the IT Project Manager will work closely with Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional tech‑enabled projects from kickoff to delivery (system integrations, e‑commerce / system enhancements, new retail launches, automation rollouts).
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure business requirements are clearly defined, translated into technical tasks, and delivered.
