Overview
Wing Lok Noodle Factory – Sepang, Selangor As QA Executive, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the quality standards are met with optimal quality at our noodles process. He / She will be overseeing the implementation of Food Safety and Quality Management System. The candidate should possess good communication skills with the ability to pay a close eye for detail. He / She should maintain safety conditions and be passionate for doing work that makes things move forward. Responsibilities
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee and verify daily QC checks in the production. Monitoring hygiene and cleanliness of production areas. Manage equipment calibration and maintain the Calibration Master List. Participate as a Quality Reviewer in root cause analysis investigations. Support product complaint investigations. Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to identify and address any quality issues. Maintain records SOPs, Quality Management Policies, and food safety documents (ISO 22000 & HALAL). Carry out any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior. Lead internal and external audits. Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent in Food Science / Food Technology / related field. 3–5 years QA / QC experience in the food industry. Familiarity with Food Safety, GMP, Preventive Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Sanitation. Ability to prioritize and manage work effectively. Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Able to work 5.5 days of work per week. About us
Wing Lok Noodle Factory was established in 1976 and is a well-known heritage brand in Hong Kong. Starting with a small factory in Wong Tai Sin, Wing Lok relocated to Kowloon Bay in 1980. From 1986 onward, the company began supplying various types of fresh and dried noodles to airlines, hotels, restaurants, and wet markets across Hong Kong. In 2015, the second-generation owner took over the business, launching the Wing Lok brand and establishing an online store in 2017. By 2018, Wing Lok expanded its dried noodle distribution to various retailers, and in 2019, it introduced new flavors, gradually becoming a staple in many households. In 2025, Wing Lok earned ISO 22000 and HACCP certifications, reflecting its unwavering commitment to food safety. The company is now expanding internationally with a new production facility in Malaysia, bringing its Hong Kong-quality manufacturing and flavors to a broader market.
