About the Role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Regulatory & Management Reporting Manager to manage the preparation and submission of financial regulatory reports for Bybit UAE. This role covers all VARA and SCA reports from a finance perspective, especially the capital adequacy report to SCA. You will also be involved in other various day‑to‑day finance operational and planning matters, including preparing internal management reports, supporting Board reporting, and delivering regular performance updates to the CFO. The role requires transforming operational and accounting data into accurate, standardised reporting formats, while ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal control requirements.
You will also play a key role in designing and shaping core finance processes in a fast‑scaling, regulated environment. Your ideas will directly influence how we build the UAE Finance function from the ground up, and you’ll be part of defining best practices that will set the standard for our industry in UAE.
