HR Operations Support Specialist

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Serve as the first point of contact towards employees and managers in case of any general HR queries or requests.
• Administration of an employee's life-cycle changes (eg : system data management, prepare and file relevant documentations, communication with stakeholders).
• Support on employment verifications and all kinds of employment-related document (eg : employment certificate, visa letter, employment reference letter, bond agreement etc).
• Creating various employment / employee data reports.
• Liaising with other functional departments (eg : payroll, finance, legal, HR / TA business partners when handling different HR operational cases.
• Participation in continuous improvement projects to enhance existing HR processes.
