Requirements
Responsibilities
1.Handle Full Set of Accounts
Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries, journal vouchers, and bank reconciliations.Ensure timely monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
2. Financial Reporting
Prepare financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Reports.
Provide regular financial updates to management for decision-making purposes.
3. Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
Manage supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliation.Monitor customer collections and issue reminders for outstanding payments.
4. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Handle corporate tax computations, and submissions to LHDN.Ensure compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory requirements.
5. Payroll & HR-Related Accounting
Prepare monthly payroll calculations and disbursements.Handle related statutory payments and reports.
6. Audit & Internal Controls
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit processes.Maintain proper documentation for audit trails and implement internal control procedures.
7.Inventory & Fixed Asset Management
Monitor stock movement and maintain inventory accounting.Manage fixed assets register and depreciation schedules.
8.Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in preparing annual budgets and cash flow projections.Track budget variances and provide analysis reports.
9. Liaison & Communication
Liaise with bankers, tax agents, auditors, company secretary, and relevant authorities.
10.Ad-hoc Tasks
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall company operations.
