Overview
Establish and monitor QA processes, including supplier quality, incoming material inspection, in-process and final product quality. Lead root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions (CAPA). Oversea inspection and testing materials, products and equipment. Manage QC Teams and ensure proper calibration of inspection tools. Analyze test data and generate reports for decision making. Lead initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, 5S or Six Sigma is an advantage. Monitor quality KPIs (defect rate, customer complaints, rework costs) and identify trend and improvement areas. Supervise and train QA / QC staff. Ensure staff are trained in quality procedures and systems. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, subcontractors and others. Handle customer complaints and audits. Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve incoming quality. Develop, implement and maintain ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 14001.
