Job Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars for multiple brands across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu (小红书).
- Develop engaging post concepts, social copy, and content briefs aligned with campaign goals and product strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the graphic design and video teams to produce visually appealing and on-brand content.
- Research industry trends and platform updates to keep content creative, relevant, and competitive.
- Analyze content performance metrics and make data-informed recommendations for improvement.
- Organize and maintain a content library (assets, captions, hashtags, trends, inspiration, etc.).
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns , product launches, and community engagement initiatives (e.g., polls, giveaways, IG Story series).
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Skills & Competencies
Content Planning : Skilled in developing structured monthly content calendars aligned with campaign goals.Social Media Positioning : Understands what performs well on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu — and adapts content accordingly.Copywriting & Captioning : Able to write engaging, on-brand captions in both English and Chinese , matching tone and audience.Creative Briefing : Can prepare clear and actionable briefs for designers and video editors.Project Execution : Translates campaign or product objectives into creative content executions.Trend Awareness : Constantly explores and applies new social media trends, viral formats, and platform innovations.Basic Analytics : Comfortable analyzing engagement data (reach, saves, shares, comments) to optimize content performance.Requirements / Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media.A passion for creativity, storytelling, and staying ahead of trends.Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu platforms.Proficient in English and Chinese (written) — able to adapt tone and messaging for each audience.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual content.Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar content tools.A team player who can collaborate across design, marketing, and product functions.Location
