Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's Healthcare Division is partnered with a global pioneer in medical device manufacturing. As their business is expanding, we are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to support in driving business growth for the company, specifically for the Vascular Intervention portfolio to hospitals.
Job Responsibilities :
- Meet sales targets and achieve business goals within assigned accounts.
- Engage with doctors and key opinion leaders (KOLs) at both private and government hospitals.
- Manage hospital tenders, consignment stocks, and collaborate with channel partners as needed.
- Ensure all sales and service procedures comply with business and healthcare regulations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Create and effectively implement strategic account plans.
- Assist the marketing team with events, workshops, or congresses.
- Provide support for clinical studies.
- Offer technical support, including tool maintenance and testing, and respond to inquiries from doctors.
- Support implantation and follow-up procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues.
- Be available to respond to calls after normal business hours
Requirements
Min. 3 years of experience in sales in medical devices / pharmaceuticals preferably within the cardiovascular field.Bachelor's Degree in Business / Sales / Medical Sciences or any relevant fields.Possess basic knowledge of working in sterile room environment and medical device product lines, through direct physician interaction and procedural consultation.Able to develop and maintain strong partnerships with HCPs to support company product lines.Experience supporting OT cases would be advantageous.Proven track record of sales performance.Possess strategic and sales-driven mindset.Good command of written & spoken English, and Bahasa Melayu.
