About this Position
The Senior Territory Sales Engineer will be based in Penang and is responsible for implementing the global strategy in your territory while driving sales performance and building strong customer and distributor relationships.
What you´ll do
Implement
Business Unit (BU) Global Strategy within assigned territory
Create
and manage sales opportunities in the defined geographical area
Acquire
new customers and drive market penetration
Update,
train, and educate customers and distributors regularly
Identify
new opportunities and build CRM pipeline (ACE Project)
Drive
and monitor distributor sales performance
Develop
sales demand forecasts based on distributor and customer needs
Follow
up on marketing-generated leads and provide feedback
Coordinate
and escalate issues or opportunities to relevant internal teams
What makes you a good fit
Degree
in Engineering, Business, or equivalent
Minimum
5 years of sales experience, preferably in General Manufacturing sectors
Proficient
in Microsoft Office and other digital business platforms
Strong
presentation and communication skills
Ambitious,
self-motivated, and proactive
Willing
to challenge the status quo and drive change
