Mechanical Design Engineer

Our client is an industrial solutions provider specialising in the design, production and distribution of manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo).
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations (FEA, CFD) to validate designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation,n including drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
• Optimise designs for manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
