Mechanical Design Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design machines based on schematic diagrams, quotations, and specifications.
• Prepare and release 3D & 2D engineering drawings for fabrication.
• Select motors, pumps, blowers, spraying nozzles, cylinders, filters, and other parts.
• Create and manage project schedules to ensure the timely completion of design tasks.
• Produce engineering drawings for machining, cutting, or bending raw materials (sheet metal, aluminum, stainless steel, nylon, glass, etc.).
• Collaborate with the process team on design changes for instruments and controls.
• Liaise with purchasing for parts availability, lead times, and specifications.
• Communicate with subcontractors for outsourced fabrication work.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
