Assist and process accounting transactions, including AP, AR, Journal, Fixed Assets, control budgets, etc.
Perform monthly reconciliation of bank and other accounts.
Manage overdue accounts and produce and monitor aging reports.
Reconcile Sales and identify discrepancies.
Monitor E-Invoicing submissions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Participate in audits, investigations, stock takes and resolve discrepancies.
Handle communications with Government Departments, Customers, Suppliers, Bankers and other external parties.
Maintain proper filing of all financial and administrative documents
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate or Diploma in Finance / Accounting / Banking or equivalent.
At least 3-4 years experience in Accounting and related duties.
Possess good personal attributes in terms of planning, problem solving, time management and interpersonal communications.
Able to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and E-mail.
Familiar with Autocount software is an added advantage.
