The Scope

As part of sales strategy and execution, you will identify new sales opportunities and market segments to expand student enrollments. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will optimize sales funnels and promotional efforts to enhance lead conversion.

This role also involves executing sales efforts to drive student enrollments, boost course registrations, and promote program offerings, directly contributing to sales targets.

Responsibilities

Examples of What a Program Sales Consultant Will Do

  • Engage with prospective students by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, providing clear and compelling course information, and guiding them smoothly through the enrollment process.
  • Follow up with leads to understand their learning goals, address concerns, and encourage them to take the next step toward enrolling.
  • Drive sales growth by actively promoting courses, upselling relevant programs, and ensuring a consistent conversion of leads into enrollments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies, enhance promotional campaigns, and provide insights on student inquiries and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate sales records by tracking leads, enrollments, and follow-ups in a structured system, ensuring data is consistently updated for reporting and analysis.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing students to encourage referrals, collect testimonials, and promote repeat enrollments for advanced courses.
  • Stay competitive in the market by researching and analyzing competitor offerings, gaining insights into their pricing, course structures, and marketing strategies to strengthen Beyond Insights’ positioning.

Your ability to build strong relationships, actively listen to student needs, and address concerns effectively enables you to guide them toward enrollment while achieving sales targets.

Tech-savvy mindset – You embrace technology to enhance efficiency and productivity, continuously exploring new tools and systems that can improve your workflow.

Proactive and self-motivated approach – You take initiative, work independently, and stay driven to meet sales targets without constant supervision, ensuring a high level of accountability and performance.

Strong sales skills – You can confidently communicate value, build rapport with prospective students, understand their needs, and apply proven sales techniques to drive conversions and successfully close sales.
