Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Engineer to drive new business, support sales engineering efforts, and deepen customer relationships across our global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Secure orders for repeat business and new orders, maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist sales engineers by arranging meetings with prospective customers and providing necessary information and support.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with sales colleagues to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and sales processes.
• Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
