We Are Hiring : Senior Executive, Administration cum Customer Relationship Management
Responsibilities
- Prepare pre-VP documentation and liaise with 1 Pavilion and Mall Marketing Department
- Organise VP kits, key pouches, and ensure all VP forms are included
- Provide back-up support to the Customer Care Coordinator team
- Manage and compile Unit Assistance Forms (UAF) for urgent unit issues during DLP
- Liaise with technicians, project management, and contractors to resolve UAF issues
- Record, track, and file all UAF data accurately and ensure sign-offs are completed
- Maintain an efficient complaint tracking system to ensure timely resolution
- Oversee office administration, cleanliness, and filing of all documents
- Manage staff attendance, claims, and overtime submissions to Group HR promptly
- Ensure office equipment and supplies are well maintained and stocked
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior
Requirements
