About the Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic client services professional with digital and performance marketing experience for Enterprise organisations. The Group Account Director is a client‑facing role for an established digital marketer and natural leader. The role is at the forefront of our business for clients and ultimately responsible for the client relationship and business partnership. Working both as an individual contributor and collaboratively with a team, this role is responsible for the overall client experience – from delivery quality to alignment with client goals and outcomes.

The ideal candidate for this role has a well‑rounded digital marketing background, is comfortable with and excels in a fast‑moving agency environment, is a self‑starter who demonstrates exceptional communication skills, is adept at leading multiple clients in a book of business – including enterprise organisations – and brings a data‑centric problem‑solving mindset to every engagement.

To be considered, candidates must currently reside and be eligible to work in Malaysia.
