Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field; MBA or other advanced degrees are an advantage. 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the software, technology, or creative industries. Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with success in leading marketing strategies and growth hack for SaaS, cloud-based platforms, or digital products. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on collaboration, creativity, and innovation. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and collaborate with C-level executives. Develop and implement a short-term, high-impact marketing strategy aligned with Pixlr Group's business objectives.
Provide strategic recommendations and insights to executive leadership to support business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Brand & Market Positioning : Strengthen global brand presence and position Pixlr Group as a creative technology leader.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention : Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Digital & Performance Marketing : Oversee SEO, SEM, content strategy, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and paid social campaigns.
- Partnerships & External Collaboration : Identify and manage strategic partnerships to extend Pixlr Group's reach.
- Budget & Resource Allocation : Manage and optimise the marketing budget to support strategic initiatives and maximise ROI.
- Team Leadership & Knowledge Transfer : Mentor and support the marketing team to foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
