Job descriptionEducation : Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Engineering or related field. Master’s or professional certification (e.g. GRI, ISO 14001, REEM) is an advantage. Experience : 3–5 years in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, or related fields. Strong background in energy management and sustainability reporting. Skills : Excellent communication, project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset. Exposure to the F&B, retail, or manufacturing industry is an added advantage. What You’ll Do
- Lead environmental initiatives including carbon reduction, waste minimisation, sustainable packaging, and energy efficiency.
- Support the Head of Sustainability in developing strategies, frameworks, and action plans to advance sustainability objectives.
- Act as deputy to the Head of Sustainability when required, ensuring leadership continuity.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and engage with stakeholders including NGOs, regulators, and business partners.
- Manage sustainability reporting, ESG disclosures, and compliance with standards such as GRI, TCFD, ISSB, ISO 14001, and EECA 2024.
