This role blends strategic business development with hands-on project involvement — working closely with top local developers on high-value residential and mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build strong relationships with potential JV partners for residential and mixed-use developments.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Assist in negotiations, deal structuring, due diligence, and preparation of investment proposals.
• Support JV partners throughout project execution — covering planning, cost control, marketing, and construction.
• Monitor project performance, financials, and returns to ensure success.
