We're looking for a creative and passionate Videographer to join our dynamic brand and marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand & Marketing, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our brand's story to life through compelling video content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
What you'll do :
Content Creation : Plan, shoot and produce high-quality video content for a variety of purposes, including corporate training showcases, promotional videos, event highlights, social media content and interviews.
Storytelling & Strategy : Develop creative concepts, scripts and storyboards that align with our brand message and marketing goals.
Production & Editing : Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, and camera operation. You'll also be responsible for end-to-end post-production, including editing, colour grading, motion graphics and audio mixing.
Asset Management : Organise and maintain all video footage, project files and equipment to ensure a smooth workflow.
Collaboration : Work closely with the training, human resource and consultant teams to understand their needs and deliver video assets that support their objectives.
Market Awareness : Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, techniques and tools to ensure our content is fresh, innovative and industry-leading.
What we're looking for :
Experience : 3+ years of proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video styles.
Skills :
Education : A Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
