As our Social and Community Executive, you will forge the crucial link between our studio and players, creating engaging content and fostering a positive community to drive measurable results
Responsibilities
1. Community Strategy & Moderation :
Manage multi game presence across key social medias and other core community platforms
2. Content & Campaign Execution :
Create, schedule, and publish daily content that engages our community and amplifies game updates. aligned with content calendar
3. Player Communication :
Manage and moderate our official community channels, ensuring a welcoming and positive environment for all players
4. Feedback Synthesis :
Monitor community sentiment & translate community feedback and sentiment into actionable insights for the development team
5. Performance Analysis :
Track, report, and analyze community growth and engagement metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
While 1-2 years of experience in gaming community management or social media is preferred, we highly encourage fresh graduates with a passion for the field to apply.
A genuine passion for mobile games, including genres such as RPGs, FPS, MMOs, and strategy (SLG).
Exceptional written English communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) is a significant advantage.
Deep, practical knowledge of key platforms including Meta, Discord, Reddit, Twitter (X), Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Ready to collaborate effectively with regional and cross-border partners while maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
