Overview
The Sales Engineer will plan and conduct all pre-sales activities and expand the company’s current customer base. The products focus on high-quality displacement pumps and instrumentation for industrial applications, including eccentric screw pumps, screw pumps, flow, level and water quality solutions for a wide range of industries such as pharmaceutical, food and beverage production, shipbuilding, the environment, biogas / anaerobic digestion and agricultural equipment, as well as the chemical, paper and cosmetic industries.
Responsibilities
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements, including planning and modifying products to meet customer needs.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, annual sales targets, and yearly market planning.
- Persuade customers about the excellence of our products and services.
- Establish a customer database and relevant tools to manage sales activities, opportunities, and pipelines.
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic / Instrument Engineering or equivalent.Strong analytical and ability to prioritise the workload.Positive attitude, initiative, hardworking and team player with strong interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and to deliver superior results.Willing to travel locally and outstation.Outspoken and Sociable personnel.Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.We are hiring for positions based in Selangor.Possess own car transport.Job Highlights
