Merchant Onboarding Coordinator (1 Year Contract) Responsibilities
Global Store Launch Query Support :
Efficiently respond to daily customer inquiries regarding platform onboarding. Gain a deep understanding of customer business attributes (e.g., product category, region, fulfillment models) to recommend the most suitable onboarding solutions and platform resources, ensuring professional advice and highly tailored proposals. End-to-End Onboarding Support : Take dedicated ownership of guiding customers through the entire store launch process, from application to going live. Manage key steps including account registration, document submission, information review, contract signing, and security deposit payment. Proactively update customers on progress and promptly resolve any issues encountered. Merchant Acquisition Event Support :
Participate in online and offline merchant acquisition events. Provide one-on-one store launch consultation and Q&A services directly to potential clients, guiding interested merchants to complete their applications. Be accountable for converting event leads into successfully launched stores. Onboarding Experience Feedback & Optimization : Based on common customer challenges and pain points identified during support interactions, systematically consolidate and provide regular feedback to relevant departments. Collaborate to optimize onboarding processes and tools, enhancing the overall launch experience and efficiency. Global Launch Information Consolidation : Systematically gather, analyze, and synthesize information on global markets, industries, and platform updates. Produce regular reports (e.g., "Global Sailing Weekly Overview") and ensure their targeted distribution through sales and channel teams to effectively guide merchant traffic and support business growth. Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is essential. Strong customer service orientation with proven account management and maintenance capabilities. Must possess resilience under pressure and a sales-driven mindset. Minimum of 1 year of experience in cross-border e-commerce or cross-border payment industries. Fast learner with an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to interact effectively with people. Employment type
