Are you a passionate fitness enthusiast looking to inspire others on their health and wellness journeys? We are seeking an experienced and motivating Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored exercise programs that help our clients achieve their fitness goals.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand each client's unique needs, goals and current fitness levels
• Develop and implement individualised workout plans that challenge clients while ensuring their safety and progress
• Motivate and guide clients during one-on-one training sessions
• Provide expert advice and support to help clients adopt healthier lifestyles
• Monitor client progress and adjust training programmes accordingly
• Maintain detailed client records and session notes
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the training facility
