Job Responsibilities
- Develop and improve welding procedures, consumables, and parameters to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
- Conduct testing (mechanical, chemical, metallurgical) to ensure consumables and welds meet AWS, ASME, ISO standards.
- Support troubleshooting of Welding defect issues.
- Guide welders, technicians, and sales teams on proper welding practices and consumable applications.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including WPS, PQR, datasheets, and certifications.
- Work with QA / QC teams to ensure compliance with industry codes and customer requirements.
