Bakery Production Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bakery Production Assistant to support daily operations in our bakery. You will be responsible for assisting in dough preparation, baking, packaging, and maintaining cleanliness of the workspace. Ideal candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow recipes accurately, and support the production team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing doughs, batters, and baking materials
• Operate baking and packaging equipment under supervision
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging of bakery items
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area
• Monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

Requirements :

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM1, RM4,757.01 per month
