Admin Clerk
- Responsible for data entry in the system
- Issue and handle appropriate paperwork
- Perform administrative and office support activities
- Use basic Microsoft Excel
- Adhere to punctuality, commitment and work schedule
- Provide customer service, respond to customers, achieve department goals and objectives with upper management
- Work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Rest day on Sunday
- Minimum SPM education required
- Preferably fluent in Mandarin / Chinese
Salary : RM2,500 – RM4,000 (depends on experience)

Accounts (Junior to Full Set)
Perform daily accounting entriesMaintain accounting records according to policies and proceduresPerform general accounting duties such as data entry, banking of cash / chequesReconcile bank statements by comparing against general ledgersMeticulous in detail and diligentPrepare and maintain proper filing of reports, invoices and accounting reports, documentation and recordsMonitor payments from customersEnsure timely and correct payments to suppliersAssist management team with ad hoc tasksEnsure timely and accurate completion of monthly accounting reports, including input transactionsQualifications : Diploma in Finance or Accounting or equivalentGood interpersonal skills, independent and able to communicate well with the teamAble to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, preferably MandarinWork independently with less supervisionAccounting knowledgeProficient with Microsoft Word and ExcelPlus point if proficient in SQLSalary : RM3,000 – RM8,000 (depends on experience)
