J&T CARGO is hiring a talented and proactive Business Development Representative to join our team.
This is a full‑time, on‑site position that plays a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving new business growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Oversee regional franchise development and manage daily operations of Commercial Service Partners (CSPs).
- Act as the primary point of contact to ensure all company communications are delivered accurately, handled promptly, and followed up effectively.
- Analyze potential partners’ investment capabilities, industry experience, and business vision to ensure alignment with the company’s goals.
- Provide professional advice and guidance to partners in areas such as operations management, inventory control, customer relationship management, cost control, market development, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure partner staff receive comprehensive training and are capable of delivering high-quality service in compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
What we’re looking for
Must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in any relevant field.1–2 years of working experience in the logistics industry or any related field is preferred.Basic IT knowledge and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong interpersonal and management skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well with diverse stakeholders.Fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage, as this role requires interaction with clients who speak different languages.Willing to work at various locations assigned based on business needs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
