We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead and manage strategic projects within the Technology Operations team. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence across multiple initiatives. The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of project management experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with Prudential’s governance, compliance, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full lifecycle of assigned projects—from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, define scope, manage timelines, and allocate resources.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Monitor project performance, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Prudential’s governance frameworks and reporting standards.
- Prepare and present regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Support change management and communication plans for project rollouts.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure audit readiness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience and related transformational projects.PMP, Prince2, or CSM certification required.ITIL certification preferred.Skills & Competencies
