Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&E or E&E engineering, proven leadership in project and resource management, and hands-on experience across the full project cycle — from pre-construction to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Delivery : Lead, plan, and manage all phases of project execution to ensure timely completion within budget, scope, and quality standards.
• Oversee site progress, coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
• Manpower & Resource Planning : Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to optimize project productivity.
• Monitor resource utilization and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective coordination.
• Cost, Quality & Safety Control : Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety requirements.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review.
• Leadership & Team Management : Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and site personnel to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Foster a collaborative work culture emphasizing accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
