Manager, Project Site

Job description

Supervise and coordinate site activities involving the fire protection systems, such as sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, gas suppression, and fire alarm systems. -Ensure all site work is carried out in accordance with technical drawings, specifications, safety standards and project timelines. -Monitor manpower deployment, site progress and material usage. -Liaise with project engineers, subcontractors and clients to resolve site issues promptly. -Verify completed work for quality and conformity before handing over for inspection or commissioning. -Maintain accurate site records, daily reports and photo documentation. -Support project handover and testing commissioning procedures. Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or related discipline -Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in fire protection or M and E installation works. -Familiarity with BOMBA regulations, NFPA / MS standards and local site requirements. -Good understanding of installation processes, material requirements and testing products for fire systems. -Hands-on experience in managing subcontractors and multi-trade coordination -Able to read technical drawings and project sites. -Strong technical knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. -Willing to travel or be based at multiple project sites.
