Responsibilities

• To assist the Investment team in achieving its goals in line with the investment portfolio’s strategic goals. 协助投资团队实现与投资组合战略目标一致的工作目标。
• To conduct research and analysis on potential investment opportunities, including market research, financial analysis, due diligence and risk analysis. 对潜在投资机会进行研究与分析，包括市场调研、财务分析、尽职调查及风险评估。
• To work with the investment team in the due diligence process, including conducting calls and meetings with potential investees and investments and providing analysis of their financials, as well as operational metrics. 与投资团队合作进行尽职调查，包括与潜在投资对象进行电话和会议沟通，并对其财务及运营指标进行分析。
• To closely monitor, track and analyse the investment portfolio’s operating performance and providing timely reports to management and stakeholders. 密切监控、跟踪并分析投资组合的运营表现，并及时向管理层和相关方提供报告。
• To assist in research assignments, evaluating financial spreadsheets and summarizing reports to facilitate investment opportunities and strategy formulation. 协助完成研究任务，评估财务报表并汇总报告，以推动投资机会与战略制定。
• To coordinate ad-hoc projects, submissions, applications. 协调临时项目、文件提交及相关申请工作。
