Project Programmer

Overview

Assist in development, implementation and review of system and dashboard. Support project management teams by carrying out systems support, configuration, troubleshooting. Evaluate and identify opportunities and new system technologies to drive system user’s experience improvements, solutioning, implementation, and integration of the proposed end-user’s experience solutions. Oversee projects and project progress by system. Manage IT staffing including supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation and consequence management. Work closely with the Telcom project team and HQ in China. Provide system support to project team. Organize meetings and training, liaise and report to the manager and / or superior on the progress of work and report on critical issues. Know how to program database function and tabulate reporting dashboard.

Job Requirements

• Familiar with at least one front-end framework such as React, Vue.js, or Angular, capable of component-based / modular development.
• Skilled in using various chart libraries and UI frameworks.
• Proficient in SQL, experienced with at least one database, and capable of database design and optimization.
• Language : Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Others : Candidates with experience in the telecommunications or related industries are preferred. Bachelor\'s degree or above.
