Requirements
- Min. education requirement : SPM, Certificate or Degree
- At least 1-2 years' experience in related field. (as added advantage)
- Computer Literate and capable of handling paper work and filing.
- Aggressive and committed to work.
- Can work independently with minimum supervising
- Able to multitask and meet deadline
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good follow up skills with sense of urgency in meeting datelines.
- Good communication skills.
- Can converse in Mandarin (as added advantage)
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Responsibility
Attend to calls and enquiries from client from all levels.Assist to monitor workers permit renewalAssist on monitoring and liaising with clinic for FOMEMA medicalAssist on administration work for workers (immigration, bank and other related matter)Assist on all paper works related to workersSupports administration process including scheduling appointments, maintaining records and informationJob Type : Full-time
Pay : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
