About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Conference Producer to join our dynamic team at HRBP Asia Pte Ltd. In this full‑time role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high‑impact, engaging conferences and events that drive business results.

What you’ll be doing

• Conceptualise and design innovative conference programmes that captivate target audiences
• Oversee all aspects of event planning and production, from speaker management to venue logistics
• Manage a team of event professionals to ensure flawless execution of conferences and events
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align event objectives with organisational goals
• Monitor event performance and continuously seek ways to enhance the attendee experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
