Infrastructure Support Analyst

Overview

Our client is a leading bank in Asia with a global network and is expanding its technology centre in Kuala Lumpur. The selected resource will work in Technology and Operations to deliver innovative financial technology solutions that enable business growth and technology transformation.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure and environment setups including connectivity, installation, updates, and patching activities.
• Maintain and support middleware and communication protocols (SFTP, Connect : Direct, IBM MQ, etc.).
• Handle environment-level configurations across Unix / Linux / Windows OS and Virtual Machines.
• Develop and maintain scripts and tools for automation using Unix Shell, Bash, PowerShell.
• Collaborate with application teams to support deployments and troubleshoot issues.
• Work with scheduling tools like Control-M to support batch job executions.
• Use version control tools (Bitbucket, Git, Aldon) for code and configuration management.
• Perform development and enhancement using Java, PL / SQL, Python (Good to have).
• Maintain and query databases (Oracle, MySQL) for environment support and development purposes.
