The role
As an Admissions Assessment Officer, you’ll play a vital role at the heart of our student admissions journey — helping talented individuals from around the world take the next step toward their academic goals.
Your work will focus on three key areas :
- Evaluating potential : Reviewing and processing applications on behalf of our UK and ANZ university partners, ensuring every applicant meets the required entry standards.
- Driving quality and insight : Verifying and assessing applications as part of a robust admissions process, helping universities make informed, confident decisions.
- Supporting student success : Ensuring applications are complete, following up with applicants, and proactively guiding them through the process — turning interest into enrolment and ambition into opportunity.
Role responsibilities
Assessing applications with precision : Review and process student applications in line with client admissions policies and guidelines, ensuring every decision supports high‑quality outcomes.Verifying credentials : Check and validate academic certificates, transcripts, English language results, and other supporting documents, including financial documentation where required.Supporting students and agents : Respond promptly and effectively to enquiries, guiding applicants through the process and providing a positive experience.Maintaining data integrity : Ensure accurate and consistent data management across multiple systems while upholding QA standards.Professional collaboration : Communicate with clients in a constructive, professional manner and comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.Delivering efficiency : Ensure timely processing of applications, meeting agreed KPIs, while recording daily tasks and volumes accurately.Flexibility and adaptability : Work across multiple client systems, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency throughout.Any other duties that fall within the purpose and scope of the role.Key skills and experience
Has exceptional attention to detail – accuracy matters in every application you assess.Has experience in international university admissions (highly preferred).Possesses a strong understanding of international qualifications for entry into UK or Australian universities.Can present documents clearly and professionally, ensuring information is accurate and complete.Is highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.Can work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Brings strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills to their work.Communicates effectively in written and spoken English, ensuring clarity with students, agents, and colleagues.Is committed to achieving team goals and contributing to overall success.Has a good command of basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with student management systems such as E‑Vision, StudyLink, or other commonly used university platforms.Benefits
