Note : This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between working from home and our office. Typically, employees are expected to work 2 days in the office per week.

The role
The Admissions Assessment Officer focuses on these key areas :
- To review and process applications ensuring that applicants meet the entry requirement standards on behalf of our clients in UK and ANZ regions
- Verifying and assessing student applications as part of the overall admissions process
- Checking for application documentation completeness and following up with applicants to progress their applications and increase conversion activities
Role responsibilities
Process and assess student applications in accordance with the client’s admissions policies and guidelinesEnsure application assessment services are delivered in line with client protocolsVerify and check applicant information and documents, including English language results, academic certificates and transcripts, personal identification documents, and any other university requirementsProcess documentation for credibility checks and interviews, including reviewing applicants’ financial documents, if requiredRespond to student and agent enquiries promptly and effectivelyMaintain data integrity at all timesCommunicate with clients in a positive, constructive, and professional mannerComply with client policies, procedures, and relevant legislationEnsure Quality Assurance (QA) standards are consistently metMaintain timely turnaround of all applications in line with agreed KPIsOther responsibilities :
Accurately record daily tasks and volumes as directed by the line managerDemonstrate agility and flexibility in working across multiple client systems while maintaining consistency in quality and meeting expectationsKey skills and experience
Strong attention to detail is essential.Prior experience in international university admissions is highly desirable.Solid understanding of international qualifications and their relevance for entry into UK or Australian universities is an advantage.Ability to prepare and present documentation in a clear, accurate, and professional manner.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to challenges.Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Commitment to contributing toward the team’s objectives and shared goals.Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with student management systems such as E-Vision, StudyLink, or similar platforms.Equal opportunities
