Junior Operation Executive

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Operation Executive to assist the Senior Project Executive in coordinating and executing Parentcraft classes, Parenting Summits, and day-to-day campaign operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are organised, eager to learn, and passionate about event operations and client support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Event Operations Support
• Assist in speaker slide preparation and event checklists
• Follow up on registration details including forms and payment confirmations
• Support in reaching out to potential sponsors (under guidance)
• Liaise with confirmed sponsors on product delivery and artwork submissions
• Assist in packing, organizing, and tracking event goodie bags
