Job descriptionTo attend to all ITBs (tender)To attend to all (HQ, East and West Malaysia) proposal / quotes and request of all sales and services outside of an ITB perspective (tender)To ensure and goes through proper technical (compilation, submission, availability and ability to provide service) and commercial (feasibility review / PNL) review prior submission.To act as gate keeper to ensure legal and finance review and approval as per DAG is in place prior submission.To ensure ITB review, prep, approval and submission plan is developed with timeline to ensure timely submission to client.To ensure contracts, ITBs, and proposals are filed in a centralized filing system, and it is backed up regularly with limited access to essential personnel only.To ensure attend Techno commercial meetings with clients, organize / inform / ensure management attend these.To ensure all clarifications and exception is fully reviewed by operations, legal and finance.To ensure all clarification and exception is filed in a centralized filing system.To attend to client presentation from BD perspective.Attend to all SQM with clientConduct bi-annual BD review with management – content and structure will be developed.To monitor client ACV spending throughout the contractTo ensure upsell strategy is put in place during ITB stageTo execute upsell strategy (this will be an annual KPI for each of the BD personnel under this structure)To keep track of upsell line item and values of each contract under contract folder in centralized filing system.All opportunities / ITB / Proposals / Quotes that will be delivered by operation no matter where the work is including cross border – Ops BD will act as gate keepers to ensure procedure are followed and T&C and commercial is reviewed following the above steps highlighted.Perform tasks and responsibilities beyond those explicitly outlined in the job description as and when required, provided such tasks are reasonably related to the job and fall within the scope of your qualifications and expertise.
