Job Description

Analyze electrical systems and components

Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations for electrical projects.

Perform calculations, simulations, and modeling to ensure system efficiency and compliance with regulations.

Provide technical assistance and support regarding electrical systems, products, and applications.

Troubleshoot electrical issues and offer solutions to technical problems.

Stay updated with the latest electrical codes, standards, and industry trends.

Manage daily store operations, including inventory, and stock replenishment.

Maintain the cleanliness, and organization of the store.

Prepare reports on the warranty claim by the customer.

Provide feedback to store management regarding product and operational improvements.

Performs any other duties as assigned by the Management when required.

Job Requirements

Required language(s) : English / Malay

Diploma in Electrical or related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Troubleshooting skills

Electrical knowledge

Adaptability and continuous learning
