Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with company objectives.
- Lead sourcing and negotiation efforts to secure competitive pricing, quality goods, and favorable contract terms.
- Evaluate and manage supplier performance, including risk management, delivery, cost, and quality.
- Establish procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments (production, finance, logistics, etc.) to forecast demand and manage procurement schedules.
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, supplier evaluation, and negotiation strategies.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
