About the Role
Join our Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team to lead and execute projects related to new models, facelifts, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with R&D, Project Management, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless production readiness and successful vehicle launches.
Plant Specific Job Scopes
Plan, coordinate, and implement geometry and body accuracy projects for new and existing models
Ensure dimensional control, jig and fixture readiness, and body quality validation
Collaborate with Body Assembly and Quality teams for continuous improvement of vehicle fit and finish
Coordinate equipment and process preparation for new model and improvement activities
Support line trials, process optimization, and tooling validation
Ensure safety, quality, and productivity improvements in body shop processes
Support painting process improvement and defect reduction projects
Plan, coordinate, and monitor new model painting requirements, line trials, and equipment readiness
Work on energy efficiency, paint usage optimization, and environmental compliance initiatives
Manage new model preparation for trim, chassis, wiring, and final assembly processes
Lead trial builds, process validation, and tooling improvements
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth line introduction and ergonomic improvements
Coordinate and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource planning across all ME units
Facilitate cross-departmental alignment for new model launches and process enhancement projects
Support management reporting and continuous improvement activities within ME

What We’re Looking For
Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
2–8 years’ experience in manufacturing or automotive project engineering
Strong understanding of assembly processes, tooling, and production systems
Passionate about innovation, process improvement, and problem-solving
