Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, markets and projects within the property / construction industry and subsequently develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s client base.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address their concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams. Review tender documents and prepare checklist submission, ensure timely submission of proposals and follow up on leads and assist Project team on preliminaries cost analysis.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities.
• Maintain an organized database of leads, clients and project information. Support Senior Management in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and present to the Senior Management team as required.
• To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
