ICT Manager

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning : Formulate and execute the Company’s ICT strategy, ensuring all technology initiatives support overall business goals and drive digital transformation.
• Team leadership and management : Manage and mentor the ICT team, assigning resources, providing support, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• System and network administration : Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of all ICT resources, such as hardware, software, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Cybersecurity and data protection : Implement and enforce security measures, policies, and best practices to protect the organization's data from breaches and other threats. This also includes developing disaster recovery and backup procedures.
• Budgeting and resource allocation : Develop and manage the ICT budget, monitor expenditures, and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Project management : Lead and coordinate ICT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Technical support : Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and oversee the provision of technical assistance to staff.
• Compliance and governance : Ensure all ICT activities comply with applicable laws and industry regulations.
• Vendor management : Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors to secure technologies and services that meet the organization's needs.
