Retail Sales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Executive located in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting and selling products, building and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include providing top‑notch customer service, managing product displays, and contributing to overall store operations to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service.

Qualifications

• Strong Retail Sales and sales experience to effectively achieve revenue targets
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills for building positive client relationships
• Proficiency in relationship building to foster trust and repeat business
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a customer‑focused approach
• High levels of organization, problem‑solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
• Relevant retail or sales qualifications are an advantage
• Experience or interest in technology, gadgets, or drones is beneficial
