Job summary :
The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our market presence by managing and developing relationships with wholesalers, supermarkets, retailers and distributor. This role requires strong communication, negotiation and customer management skills, with a deep understanding of the fresh produce or agriculture supply industry.
Key responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fresh produce hypermarket / supermarket / retail chain / wholesalers / FMCG / food production sectors.
- Manage and maintain relationship with existing clients (supermarkets, retailers, distributor, hotels, restaurant, etc)
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations and supply agreements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, pricing and competitors activities to identify growth
opportunities.
Work closely with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.Represent the company in exhibitors, trade events and client meetings.Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.Requires frequent travel across Malaysia to meet clients, visit markets andexplore new business opportunities.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or related fields.Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably in fresh produce, agriculture or FMCG industry.Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work independently.Willing to travel frequently around Malaysia (and occasionally to Singapore)Able to read and communicate fluently in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and English.Possess own transport and valid driving license.
