As our business continues to expand, we’re inviting passionate and driven individuals to join our highly experienced team at our Head Office in Bandar Puteri, Puchong, Selangor .

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Engineer who is energetic, persuasive, and passionate about promoting IBS and precast solutions for both Government and Private sector projects .

What You’ll Be Doing

• Explore and develop new business opportunities in the precast industry , covering both Government and Private sectors .
• Identify and build strong relationships with Architects, C&S Engineers, Clients, Contractors, and Government Agencies to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain, service, and support existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Compile and report market information, sales prospects and business opportunities to the Marketing Manager .
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders and loose sales with support from the Technical & Pre-Contract Team .
• Negotiate and conclude sales and contract agreements with clients.
• Handle customer enquiries , conduct client visits , and perform follow-ups .
• Assist in credit control and payment collection .
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients .
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the given timeframe.
