Production Operator | Basic RM 2000 - 3000 + Allowance + OT + EPF, EIS, SOSCO

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Working Hours (Rotational Shifts) : 8am - 8pm, 1.30pm - 1.30pm, 8pm - 8am

Salary Package : Basic salary + Allowances + OT Pay + Statutory Contribution (EPF, EIS, SOSCO)

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in day-to-day production activities as assigned by the supervisor.

Ensure production processes are carried out in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.

Support material handling, equipment setup, and basic operational tasks.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to meet hygiene and safety requirements.

Record and report production data or any abnormalities to the supervisor.

Follow all safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment while on duty.

Cooperate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.

Requirements :

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; a technical certificate or diploma in a related field is an advantage.

Preferably with experience in manufacturing or production operations.

Able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.

Physically fit, disciplined, and willing to work in a controlled or cleanroom environment.

Willing to work on rotational shift.
