Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager role is an essential part of the store leadership team, impacting team member and guest experience every day. They are responsible for leading and coaching team members, holding the team accountable to results, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience in the store.

Leadership and People Management
- Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
- Support Store Manager in building a strong and diverse team.
- Support ongoing learning and development of team members.
- Engage in career discussions to support team understanding of their growth.
- Collaborate with Store Manager to plan team member schedules.
Working with Others
Establish supportive relationships with all team members.Collaborate to ensure an optimal guest experience.Guest Experience
Support team members to ensure a great guest experience.Provide coverage on the floor to assess business needs.Resolve guest feedback and address issues.Increase brand awareness in the community.Operations
Implement the Store Manager’s vision for the store.Partner with Store Manager to review business data.Manage the store’s budget and labor hours.Open and close the store according to checklists.Budget Responsibility
Accountable for delegated aspects of controllable budget.People Management
